About the role

Manage recruitment process, including advertising or sourcing qualified candidates.
Manage onboarding process for all staff.
Supervise employee attendance, including staff roster, leave requests, and overtime.
Ensure employee leave files are updated regularly.
Collaborate with department heads and managers for employee performance appraisals.
Ensure staff handbook and HR policies are followed.
Follow company policy for employees who resign.
Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and organize training sessions.
Participate in resolving employee issues and receive suggestions from all departments.
Maintain hard copy and soft copy of employee documents, such as employment contracts and leave forms.
Ensure Employee Master Files are updated regularly.
Monitor office supplies for adequacy.
Collaborate with managers to oversee the quality of security and cleaning services.
Evaluate security and cleaning companies and report to GM for contract renewal decisions.
Disseminate information to employees regarding HR policy changes, meetings, and other announcements.
Collect attendance, overtime, payroll deduction, and salary increment documents to calculate monthly salaries.
Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll calculations.
Maintain employee payslips and answer payroll-related queries.
Pay monthly social security contributions and report employee movements to the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
Prepare monthly HR reports detailing new hires, resignations, probation status, and other relevant data.
Participate in determining Annual Public Holidays.
Participate in HR Planning and Budgeting for the year.
Participate in preparing the annual budget for HR and administration expenses.
Manage company fixed assets for all departments.
Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
