ajip.ai is an AI Talent Marketplace Platform — not a job board. We process personal and professional data using AI to surface verified talent-opportunity connections. This policy explains exactly what data we handle, why, and what control you have over it.
ajip.ai ('Platform', 'we', 'us', 'our') is operated by ajip consulting Co., Ltd., registered in the Kingdom of Cambodia. We provide an AI-powered talent intelligence layer connecting job seekers, fresh graduates, career switchers, SME owners, and professional experts across Cambodia and the broader Southeast Asian / Mekong corridor.
For data protection purposes, ajip.ai acts as the data controller for personal data submitted through the Platform, including via TalentX integration where applicable.
We collect only what is necessary to operate the Platform and deliver intelligent talent matching.
Note: We do not collect sensitive categories of personal data (health, religion, political opinions, biometric data) unless you voluntarily disclose them in a profile field. If you do, you consent to their processing for matching purposes only.
We process your data based on appropriate legal grounds required for each processing activity.
ajip.ai uses several AI systems that process user data in ways you should understand:
No automated decision-making with legal effect. AI match scores surface opportunities — they never automatically reject or hire. All consequential decisions involve a human step (HITL: Human-In-The-Loop), in line with our Verified Talent-Opportunity Connection standard.
Soft-deleted records remain in the database for 30 days before permanent removal, preserving audit integrity. You may request immediate hard deletion subject to legal hold requirements.
Depending on your location, you have the following rights over your personal data. To exercise any right, email info@ajip.ai or use the Privacy Centre in your account dashboard. We will respond within 30 calendar days.

We implement layered security controls aligned with our engineering standards. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware, where required by applicable law.
ajip.ai is not directed at children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will suspend the account and delete associated data within 7 days.

ajip.ai primarily stores data on infrastructure located within Cambodia. Some AI model inference, if necessary, may involve processing by Ajip Consulting. Where data is transferred outside Cambodia or your home jurisdiction, we ensure equivalent protections are in place via Data Processing Agreements.
We may update this Privacy Policy when we add new features or in response to legal changes. When we make material changes, we will:
Notify you by email and in-platform banner at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
Post the revised policy with an updated 'Last Updated' date.
Require re-consent where the legal basis for processing changes.
Continuing to use ajip.ai after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
