These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of ajip.ai, operated by Ajip Consulting. By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
To help read these Terms, we define the following core terms:
You represent and warrant that you possess the full authority and capability to enter into these Terms.
You may use ajip.ai if you:
• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your country
• Are not subject to sanctions, export controls, or legal prohibitions that prevent your use of the Platform
• Are not a previously suspended or banned user of ajip.ai or TalentX
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that all of the above are true. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You agree to keep this information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with any other person. Notify us immediately at info@ajip.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
Talent Users may maintain only one active profile. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent a suspension or to manipulate matching scores is prohibited.
Ajip Consulting may require identity or credential verification at any time. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in restricted access or account suspension.
ajip.ai provides matching infrastructure, profile builders, and dashboards designed to connect Cambodia and Southeast Asian recruitment channels.
Ajip Consulting reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
You agree that all Content you submit — including your profile, CV, credentials, and application materials — is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Submitting false qualifications or misrepresenting experience is grounds for immediate termination.
Your profile must represent you or your organisation. You may not create profiles on behalf of another person without their explicit written consent.
You agree to treat all other Users — whether talent, employers, or experts — with respect. Harassment, discrimination, and abusive communication are prohibited on and off the Platform when facilitated through it.
You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws, including Cambodian labour law, data protection regulations, and any laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
The Platform uses AI systems including semantic search, named entity recognition, conversational agents, and Khmer language normalisation. These systems are tools to assist — not replace — human judgement.
AI-generated match scores, skill extractions, and recommendations are probabilistic. Ajip Consulting does not guarantee that:
• Any profile will receive a match or interview
• Any job listing will result in a hire
• AI-extracted skills accurately represent your full capabilities
You are responsible for reviewing and correcting AI-extracted data in your profile at any time.
Use of the AI Screening Agent is voluntary. By engaging with a screening conversation, you consent to the transcript being retained for 90 days and shared with the relevant Employer for evaluation purposes. You may decline at the start of any conversation.
AI systems can make errors. Skill extraction may miss qualifications or produce false positives. Match scores do not reflect a human assessment of your suitability. Always review AI outputs before relying on them.
Your Skill Passport is a portable, AI-assisted record of your verified professional competencies. It is built from your submitted CV, endorsements from third-party verifiers, and platform activity data.
Ajip Consulting does not independently verify every credential listed in your Skill Passport. Verification badges indicate that a claim has been cross-referenced against a connected verifier or that you have completed a platform assessment. Misrepresenting a credential as verified when it is not is prohibited.
You may export your Skill Passport in JSON format at any time via your account dashboard. Exported data is provided as-is and Ajip Consulting makes no warranty as to its acceptance by third parties.
If the Skill Passport export integration with TalentX is active, your passport data may be shared via the defined export contract. You may disable this integration in your account settings at any time.
The Expert Hub enables Experts and SME clients to enter into fractional work arrangements. ajip.ai provides the matching and contracting infrastructure; it is not a party to the underlying work agreement between Expert and SME.
Payments are processed via ABA Pay / KHQR. By initiating or receiving a payment through the Platform, you agree to ABA Bank's terms and conditions. Ajip Consulting holds only transaction reference numbers — full payment data is held by the payment processor.
Ajip Consulting charges a platform fee on subscription and/or completed transactions. The current fee schedule is published in your account dashboard and may be updated with 30 days' notice.
Payment disputes between Experts and SMEs must first be raised through the Platform's dispute resolution flow. Ajip Consulting will mediate in good faith but is not liable for unresolved commercial disputes between Users.
Refunds are subject to the terms of the individual fractional contract and the Platform's dispute resolution outcome. Completed and confirmed HITL tasks are generally non-refundable unless fraud is established.
Employers and SMEs using ajip.ai agree to:
• Post only genuine, current opportunities
• Not use talent data accessed through the Platform for purposes outside the stated opportunity
• Conduct all hiring decisions with a human review step — not based solely on AI match scores
• Comply with all applicable employment laws in Cambodia and the candidate's jurisdiction
• Not contact candidates through channels outside the Platform to circumvent VTOC tracking or platform fees
• Treat all candidates fairly, without discrimination on the basis of race, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin
Violation of these obligations may result in immediate account termination and recovery of fees.
All software, algorithms, models, designs, branding, and documentation comprising AjipNextgen are the intellectual property of Ajip Consulting or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of any part of the Platform.
You retain ownership of the Content you submit. By submitting Content, you grant Ajip Consulting a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, process, and display your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform and providing services to you.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Platform, you grant Ajip Consulting the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
Ajip Consulting may use anonymised, aggregated, non-personally-identifiable data derived from Platform activity for product improvement, market research, and public reporting. This data cannot be used to identify you.
You must not:
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform by automated means without written permission
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features or access controls
• Upload malware, ransomware, or any code designed to harm the Platform or its Users
• Impersonate another person, organisation, or AI system
• Create false, misleading, or duplicate profiles
• Use AI-generated or fabricated credentials or endorsements
• Manipulate match scores, search rankings, or recommendation algorithms
• Harvest contact information from other Users for unsolicited outreach
• Use the Platform to facilitate unlawful discrimination, harassment, or exploitation
• Violate any applicable export control or sanctions law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other Users' accounts or data
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension, permanent ban, and referral to relevant authorities.
The Platform integrates with third-party services including your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. ajip.ai is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. Integrations may be enabled or disabled by ajip.ai at any time.
ajip.ai is a matching and intelligence platform. We do not guarantee employment, fractional work contracts, interviews, or any specific outcome for any User.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Ajip Consulting makes no warranty that AI-generated outputs — including skill extractions, match scores, or screening assessments — are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure events, and force majeure may affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ajip Consulting and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
• Loss of employment, income, or business opportunity
• Loss of data or corruption of your Skill Passport
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated outputs
• Actions or omissions of Employers, SMEs, or Experts
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the greater of:
• The total fees paid by you to Ajip Consulting in the 12 months preceding the claim, or
• USD 100
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ajip Consulting and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, content you submit to the Platform, your violation of any applicable law or third-party right, or any dispute between you and another User.
You may close your account at any time via your account settings. On closure, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you: breach these Terms; submit false credentials or identity information; engage in prohibited conduct; or pose a security risk to the Platform or other Users. We may also terminate accounts with 30 days' notice for business reasons unrelated to your conduct.
On termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (IP, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution) continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at info@ajip.ai and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, under the rules of the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) of Cambodia. The language of arbitration shall be English or Khmer, at the mutual agreement of the parties.
You agree to resolve disputes with Ajip Consulting only on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
Either party may seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court without first going through arbitration, where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Platform, legal requirements, or our business. When we make material changes:
• We will notify you by email and in-platform banner at least 14 days before the change takes effect
• We will update the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this document
• Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance
If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.
