• Prepare the correct paper and document for all the exams and test.
• Store, prepare, and produce students' Documentation properly and accurately.
• Accurately key in and produce the teaching assessment result.
• Monitor and check classrooms both physical and online.
• Make sure students feel that are supported.
• Identifying poor-performing students.
• Recommending extra courses to support them.
• Provide new students with information and support with the online placement test.
• Call students for supplementary exams and other matters.
• Call teachers for teacher orientation and other matters.
• Achieve special task assigned out of JD/Operational Plan.
