About the role

Lead the Pre classroom following Montessori principles.
Guide and supervise the implementation of the Montessori curriculum in the Nursery and Kindergarten classrooms together with the Lead Teacher Assistants.
Prepare and review lesson plans to ensure consistency and quality across the Early Childhood program.
Monitor children's learning and development and communicate effectively with parents.
Support classroom observations and provide guidance to teaching staff on Montessori best practices.
Plan classroom projects, learning activities Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of the Early Childhood program.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Education; Montessori Diploma or Certification is preferred Relevant teaching experience for 3 years as a minimum A Montessori background is a must.
Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and Early Childhood Education.
Experience teaching Pre and supporting Nursery and Kindergarten programs.
Able to mentor and guide Lead Teacher Assistants in Montessori classroom practices.
Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
Passionate about child-centred learning and holistic development.
Creative, flexible, and an effective problem solver.
