• Teach the Lower Elementary classes and ensure high-quality learning experiences.
• Design, implement, and review the curriculum.
• Lead, manage, guide, and support the teaching team.
• Develop classs, teaching plans, and lesson plan formats.
• Support the recruitment of expatriate teachers and teaching assistants, including preparing interview questions and participating in the selection process.
• Develop and maintain the calendar and annual events plan.
• Monitor and evaluate teachers’ performance and provide guidance for improvement.
• Develop student report card formats, award certificates, and other academic documents.
• Plan and coordinate events and activities, including delivering speeches or presentations when required.
• Meet with parents and support the resolution of academic or student-related concerns.
• Develop and coordinate academic projects and initiatives.
• Support the 's communication and marketing by preparing or coordinating educational content for the ’s Facebook page, with regular posts twice per week.
• Review and adjust teaching staff s when needed to support operations.
• Plan learning activities and projects based on subjects, themes, and upcoming events.
• Coordinate to review, plan, and update the annual events list and calendar.
• Support marketing and promotion by representing its educational approach and values through talks, videos, and other media.
