The objectives of the assignment are to develop the employer guidebook and risk assessment guides adapted to the Cambodian context and in compliance with the OSH Law, as well as to provide support to participating enterprises in utilizing the developed tools.
Key activities include reviewing existing policy documents, legal frames, and relevant materials; drafting the employer guidebook with risk assessment guides; presenting the draft for feedback; finalizing the guidebook; providing Training of Trainers (ToT) on its utilization; and supporting selected enterprises in piloting its use and complying with OSH law.

Master's Degree in law, political science, management or any other related field.
Sound understanding of national OSH law and frames.
Experiences in developing guidelines/tools.
Experience in delivering Training of Trainers.
Good analytical and interal skills.
