We are looking for staff in the role of Customer Caretaker and working with customers regularly in shifts to build trust and supportive relationships with each customer regarding their daily needs. Customer Caretaker helps provide support and encouragement to clients who have experienced trauma, participating in maintaining a good environment in the house so that clients receive appropriate, comfortable treatment, support, and care. Job Objective: Provide support and care to clients residing in the house and maintain the hygiene of the temporary shelter. This role will work directly with staff as customer supporters, maintaining advance consultation on necessary customer treatment techniques and other social workers. Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain good communication with customer support staff, teams, and related groups in fulfilling joint responsibilities within Ratanak International. Maintain regular communication and provide necessary information to the direct supervisor, the head of the care department, and attend meetings regularly with direct supervisors, team meetings, and project meetings. Manage and cook daily meals in the assigned shift for clients and staff during the shift according to the schedule. Be a role model for clients in maintaining a clean and hygienic home, showing love, fostering good relationships, and having strong faith. Promote teamwork and comply with assignments from the direct supervisor (Customer Care Manager) in accordance with the project's internal technical work. Monitor activities and behaviors that may pose a risk to clients and between clients themselves, maintaining high vigilance. Report any risk cases that may arise to the supervisor regarding the condition of the shelter, especially regarding clients. Participate in receiving clients when notified of their arrival by the direct supervisor and through any assignments.
