About the role

Monitor, maintain, and repair air conditioners and related systems.
Monitor and repair electrical and water system issues within the school.
Perform metalworking and maintenance of other materials and equipment as required.
Monitor equipment status and report any issues or damages to the manager.
Perform emergency maintenance and repair work when problems arise.
Maintain work equipment and the workplace in a safe and orderly manner.
Perform other building maintenance tasks as assigned by KLA.

Requirements

Have experience in air conditioning.
Have additional skills in electricity, water, or metalworking is a priority.
Have knowledge of building equipment and system maintenance and repair.
Male and in good health, able to perform handyman work and physically demanding tasks.
Be honest, responsible, and have work discipline.
Able to work independently and collaborate well with the team.
Have the willingness to learn and develop additional skills.
Residents in Preah Sihanouk Municipality are prioritized.
