About the role

Review relevant national and international guidance related to malaria surveillance, imported malaria management, and airport or point-of-entry screening.
Support CNM in organizing the consultative shop and analyzing recommendations generated through the national technical consultation process.
Develop a draft national guideline for airport screening of passengers arriving from malaria-endemic countries, including practical implementation procedures, referral pathways, reporting mechanisms, and stakeholder roles and responsibilities.
Facilitate stakeholder review and incorporate technical feedback into the final guideline and implementation methodology.
