• The Driver is responsible for providing safe, timely, and reliable transportation for Seva staff, visitors, goods, documents, and program-related materials.
• The role also supports office administration, logistics, errands, vehicle care, and field operations as needed.
• The position requires a responsible, disciplined, service-oriented person with strong awareness of road safety, confidentiality, and organizational procedures.
• Safely drive staff, management, visitors, and authorized passengers to assigned destinations in Phnom Penh and the provinces.
• Provide transportation support for meetings, workshops, field visits, project monitoring visits, airport pick-up/drop-off, and other official travel as requested.
• Deliver and collect official documents, parcels, equipment, supplies, and other materials in a timely and secure manner.
• Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off, while allowing sufficient time for traffic, road conditions, and security requirements.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks before use Keep the vehicle clean, tidy, and presentable at all times Ensure the vehicle is regularly serviced according to the maintenance schedule Immediately report any mechanical problems, accidents, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logboo.
