• The quotation should be submitted in a sealed envelope no later than 14 September 2026 at 5PM to the office of FHI360 provided in the contact details.
• The Bidder/Seller agrees to hold the prices in its offer until 15 November 2026 from the date specified for the receipt of offers, unless another time is specified in the addendum of the RFP/RFQ.
