The sub-grantee will need to host the secondment of three existing Community Counterparts for a period of 01 August 2026- 31 July 2027.
The sub-grantee is expected to provide monthly remuneration, seniority or severance pay, National Social Security, and monthly travel allowance to the three existing Community Counterparts.
The role involves supporting the engagement of community counterparts in volunteer activation and engaging with the volunteer network.
The position will also provide coordination support with local authorities for the community counterparts to perform their tasks.
This includes conducting door-to-door outreach on land registration preparation, meeting with village and commune authorities, attending meetings related to land registration issues, participating in public display events, document verification, and hard land title distribution.
It also requires collecting information related to land registration, demographics, migration, and vulnerable families.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience implementing systematic land titling (SLT) programs, particularly in Siem Reap and Battambang province.
Experience working directly with the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC) at the provincial level on land titling initiatives.
Experience collaborating with volunteer networks focused on land tenure to support household-level outreach and facilitate land titling programs.
Experience partnering with international NGOs (INGOs) on land titling and land governance initiatives.
