To directly coordinate and implement the Youth for Cambodia (YFC) project's action plan with target groups and stakeholders in the project's target areas in Koh Nhek district, Mondul Kiri province. This role focuses on vulnerable youth and families to improve their livelihoods, strengthen their resilience, empowerment, and participation in community development effectively and productively, in line with the YFC project's development goals. Responsibilities:

• Prepare plans and implement activities in line with the project's direction and goals, especially in the context of climate change.
• Cooperate in organizing training/workshops to enhance understanding for vulnerable youth and families on agricultural skills, animal husbandry, and entrepreneurship to increase income and improve livelihoods.
• Participate in organizing and disseminating information to promote understanding of the benefits of education and various activities among youth and stakeholders in target areas.
• Participate in meetings and workshops with authorities and key stakeholders to enhance cooperation and facilitate project activity implementation.
• Continuously monitor, supervise, and evaluate project results or impacts, and collect and record all important evidence for reflection, learning, and timely adjustment of project activities.
• Participate in discussions with other stakeholders to research and identify new core issues related to livelihood improvement and address them promptly according to the actual situation.
• Prepare regular reports and minutes, and report to project management in a timely manner.

Language: Khmer

- Good level English is a plus. Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or equivalent experience related to agriculture, livelihood improvement, or a certificate of equivalent value. Skills and Knowledge: General and Technical Skills:

• Experience in income generation and livelihood improvement.
• Knowledge and experience in communication at community, sub-national, and national levels.
• Knowledge and experience in monitoring project progress and impacts, and documenting evidence of positive and negative project outcomes for reflection and improvement of project activities.
• Knowledge and skills in writing and reading Khmer at a high level, and good English writing and reading skills are preferable.
• Knowledge and skills in using computers for work (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email & Internet).
• Knowledge and skills in planning, reporting, and preparing minutes.

- Ability to ride a motorcycle and travel to project target villages independently. Soft Skills:

• Knowledge related to and skills in coordination, organizing training programs, dissemination, and workshops.
• Willingness and passion for community development work in remote areas.
• Honesty and integrity in work execution.
