• Lead and strengthen the design, implementation, and analysis of the Situational Assessment.
• Ensure methodological rigor and data quality.
• Support the identification of key needs, gaps, and opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of actionable findings for future project design.
• Deliverables include an inception report (methodology and workplan), data collection tools package, instrumentation assistance, training materials and facilitation, analytical framework and summary findings, facilitated consultation workshop, technical review of draft SA Final Report, and SA report submission in English and Khmer as required.

At least 3-5 years of experience conducting situation analysis, need assessment, baseline, evaluation, or research related to food security, livelihood, agriculture, climate resilience and nutrition.
