To lead and manage the sponsorship team and budget, ensuring all operations, policies, and field activities align with organizational goals and high-quality standards.
To drive the achievement of monthly KPIs and annual caseload targets by analyzing data, mitigating risks, and managing technical systems (ChildData) effectively.
To serve as the lead for Child Protection and Gender Equality, ensuring all staff, partners, and community members strictly adhere to safety standards and inclusive practices.
To maintain strong relationships with National Offices, local authorities, and cross-departmental teams to facilitate smooth communication and successful program integration.
Coordinate all sponsorship activities and policies to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of commitments.
Manage an annual budget and ensure all expenditure align with workplan.
Oversee the enrollment and maintenance of the total caseload of sponsored children.
Enforce child sponsorship policies and ensure all staff understand the program’s core purpose.
Lead Sponsorship Officers (SOs), Secretaries (SSs), and data staff to ensure field activities align with official guidelines.
Analyze sponsorship data and track team performance against KPIs and business rules to mitigate risks.
Develop strategies to achieve caseload targets and share best practices with the Program Unit Manager.
Ensure team members understand the operational plan and that their individual work plans (IAPs) reflect project goals.
Foster strong relationships to align field activities.
Oversight of sponsor visits and the timely submission of mandatory documents and Cancellation Memos).
Support the correct use of ChildData systems and ensure compliance with international standards.
Ensure the team is prepared for disasters, ensuring sponsored children are included in assessments and report.
Lead discussions on Child Protection/safe guarding (CP&SG) and Code of Conduct (CoC) to ensure safety standards are strictly applied and incidents are reported.
Lead the implementation and monitoring of Gender Equality Action Plans for staff, families, and donors.
All tasks are assigned by Program Coordinator and ED.
