The organization LLC is implementing a project "Introducing Smart Agriculture Practices and Solutions for Climate Change to Reduce Poverty and the Impact of Climate Change".
The project aims to enhance climate resilience in crop production and promote improved management and decision-making by female farmers in 9 target villages across 4 communes in Verun Sai district, Ratanak Kiri province.
As part of this project, LLC is announcing a tender to select suppliers of agricultural materials, equipment, and all types of seeds.
The selected suppliers will deliver to the LLC office located in Chaiy Chomreah village, Labansiek commune, Banlung city, Ratanak Kiri province.
Interested suppliers are invited to submit their bidding proposals and technical proposals detailing product specifications, technical characteristics, and approximate drawings to LLC.
Requirements
Bidders must meet the following requirements to be eligible to bid: Supply of agricultural materials, equipment, and all types of seeds.
Must be legally registered for business and legally registered with the Directorate General of Taxation of the Kingdom of Cambodia (Value Added Tax or VAT).
Bidders must complete the Price Quotation form and attach a detailed information table of the materials (provided in the attached document), signed and dated, and stamped (if applicable).
The bid price must include Value Added Tax.
Provide a sample VAT invoice.
Provide a VAT certificate.
