Marketing Supervisor to lead marketing activities, develop campaigns, and strengthen the company’s brand and customer engagement across digital and offline channels.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support property sales and business objectives.
• Develop and manage marketing plans, content, promotions, and events.
• Manage social media platforms and coordinate with content/creative teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
• Coordinate with sales and other departments to support project and sales activities.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, media, and marketing partners.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure activities are delivered effectively.
• Support branding and promotional activities for property projects.

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in real estate/property development.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, branding, and campaign management.
• Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
• Good communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and Khmer.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant marketing tools.
