Senior Digital Marketing

ABOUT THE COMPANY

A leading real estate investment company in Cambodia, offering a diverse range of  housing options and running actively developing projects in various locations across Cambodia.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support tenants by facilitating their marketing activities such as marketing material (J flag, Flyer, Lamppost, Stand…) and Events (Soft or Grand Opening, Seasonal event, or promotion).
• Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising
• Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience
• Other tasks assigned by management

• 4–6+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably within real estate, property, retail, or a related industry.
• Proven experience managing digital campaigns, budgets, and lead-generation strategies.
• Ability to develop digital marketing strategies and guide junior team members.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and campaign optimization.
