ABOUT THE COMPANY Our client is a rapidly expanding and international food and beverages company in Phnom Penh. WHAT YOU WILL DO This role is responsible for supporting and managing the IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations within the organization. Key responsibilities include overseeing network, servers, and IT systems, and collaborating with the group IT department. RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and security systems. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues, including ERP, POS, and Enterprise softwares. - Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and upgrades. - Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation. - Collaborate with group IT department on infrastructure strategies and standards. - Ensure data backup and recovery processes are effective. - Manage IT assets and inventory.

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, security). - Bachelor degree of information technology or related fields. - 10+ years of experience in IT Infra roles, leading team, working with group IT departments. - Proven ability to manage and maintain IT systems. - Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
