WHAT YOU WILL DO We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Manager to join the team in the Food & Beverage/Retail industry. This role will focus on aligning HR strategies with business objectives and supporting key stakeholders. RESPONSIBILITIES - Act as a strategic partner to country business leaders. - Develop and implement HR initiatives to support business goals, store operations, and expansion. - Manage compensation, rewards, and performance management processes. - Provide guidance and support to employee engagement, learning & development programs, and compliance. - Handle smooth HR operations and collaborate with the group HR team on company-wide initiatives.

- 10+ years experience in HR Business Partnering and Manager levels. - Bachelor of business or related fields. - Strong understanding of compensation, rewards, and performance management. - Proven business acumen, stakeholder management, communication and people skills. - Experience working with international group HR functions.
