About the role

Manage procurement requests, requisitions, bid specifications, quotations, approvals, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and complete supporting documentation in accordance with FHI 360, donor, and government requirements.
Monitor procurement costs, budgets, lead times, deliveries, invoices, and receipts; resolve delays or shortages and maintain accurate procurement and inventory records.
Coordinate import permits, duty guidance to project staff ensuring alignment with the project expected outcomes with an emphasis on laboratory system and net strengthening.
Supports technical aspects of projects including staff and partner capacity strengthening.
Monitors and maintains project protocols, instruments, data sets, manuals, training materials and prepares reports related to technical area of expertise as needed.
Develops technical briefs, reports, or other necessary materials to inform research, best practices, policies, and procedures.
Conduct analysis of project implementation to identify areas related to laboratory diagnosis, quality assurance, and net/system for improvement and propose appropriate technical strategies and guidelines.
Assists with the implementation of research studies by providing technical support and overall management to ensure coordination and field-level implementation.
Collaborates with the research and evaluation team to interpret data sets and assessment findings.
Provides mentorship and fosters team collaboration at task and activity levels.
Coordinates and leads technical project activities and sub activities and assists with operations.
