About the role

Develop new customers for import and export logistics services.
Identify potential factories, trading companies, importers, and exporters.
Make cold calls, send emails to prospects, conduct customer visits, and arrange meetings.
Prepare quotations for sea freight, air freight, trucking, and customs clearance services for overseas agents and customers.
Negotiate rates and service terms with customers.
Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure smooth shipment handling.
Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with existing customers.
Monitor competitors, market rates, and customer requirements.
Prepare regular sales reports for management.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and gross profit targets.
Support the Accounts Team with payment follow-up and collection.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Management or Head Office.

Requirements

Previous experience in logistics sales is mandatory.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and customers.
Good computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and email.
Flexible, proactive, and able to under pressure.
Honest, responsible, and loyal to the company.
