About the role

Lead day-to-day logistics operations at DHL Express Cambodia in Phnom Penh, ensuring smooth shipment handling, service quality, and team coordination.
This role supports efficient warehousing, transport, and port-related processes while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance.
Ensure hand over processes of shipments and paper are normally operated.
Organize appropriate shifts and manning levels to meet requirements.
Ensure incoming shipments are recovered, “break bulked”, inspected and cleared in the quickest, most efficient manner possible.
Manage the receipt and lodgment of outbound shipments from country operations to ensure timely departure and uplift.
Ensure accurate sorting and optimum loading of all inbound & outbound shipments.
Monitor ground handler and warehouse provider performance and complete all necessary reports.
Develop a high performance service culture within the functional department.
Plan, organize and direct an efficient and effective functional department.
Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets.
Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, , or a related field preferred.
Proven supervisory experience in logistics, warehousing, shipping, or transport operations.
Strong understanding of operational flow, shipment handling, and service delivery.
Ability to supervise teams, manage priorities, and solve problems under pressure.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting abilities.
