About the role

Manage and maintain high-level long-term relationships with existing customers and develop new opportunities to expand the aftermarket sales & service in systems maintenance, retrofit, repair, and spare parts for pumps and valves.
Develop, maintain, and update a comprehensive customer database for future engagement Maintain and update a complete inventory of equipment-related service operations and technical documents Hunt for new potential customers, via cold calls, to meet and exceed sales order Intake, especially in the General Industry, Energy and Petro(-chemical) segments Meet customers regularly and generate enquiries to develop potential spare parts/maintenance contract , build and develop assigned accounts and relationships, site assessments, etc. Promote sales of new pumps/replacements, spare parts (i.e., pump parts and mechanical seals) and maintenance contracts, to new and existing customers.
Attend promptly to enquiries and understand customers’ needs to fulfil their requirements.
Select and recommend appropriate pumps, valves, spare parts, equipment, systems, and accessories based on customer requirements for various applications on-site Validate commercial and technical requirements before generating quotations (via SAP) to customers, with close follow-ups until quotation status is closed.
Assist the Service Manager/ Sales Manager / Country Manager in strategic planning and statistics collection for sales progress.
Ensure smooth operations related to warranties within the organisation or company.
Receive, process, and review warranty claims from customers, verify their eligibility, and ensure their adherence to the company's policies and guidelines.
Correspond with factories, KSB companies, and contractors/dealers for support in relation to terms of price, technical support/service, and delivery.
Utilise and update CRM (C4C) database on registered products to installed base and customer visits records.
Ensure proper handover of purchase order (in terms of technical and commercial, with supporting document/costing sheet) to the Order Processing Team.
Regularly report site status & progress, and customer feedback to the Service Manager/ Sales Manager / Country Manager Prepare necessary documents, site visit reports, and service reports for customer submission and approval Assist and handle all service repair order-related activities, arrangements, assignments, and clarification issues by attending promptly to customers’ needs to fulfil their requirements Perform field maintenance on pumps, valves, and equipment Support the installation, repair, maintenance, and commissioning s Be readily available, contactable, and responsible for promptly addressing and resolving customers’ on-site issues Assist the Service Manager/ Sales Manager / Country Manager in sourcing potential service partners within Phnom Penh Support the service shop activities with pump and valve repairs and servicing Contribute to maintaining the shop in an environmentally safe and organized manner and ensure equipment & tools are well maintained Perform field maintenance on pumps, valves, and equipment Support the installation, repair, maintenance, and commissioning s upon receiving official instructions with valid purchase orders from customers or from the Service Manager / Country Manager Be readily available, contactable, and responsible for promptly addressing and resolving customers’ on-site issues Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Service Manager/ Sales Manager / Country Ma.
