Key Responsibilities: - Performing sales actions to achieve monthly sales targets as set - Excellent presentation and closing leads. - Gathering market and competitor information and reporting - Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer workflows, integration requirements, and pain points. - Translate customer needs into a tailored POS architecture. - Advise on network requirements, security compliance, hardware specifications, and deployment models. - Handle technical objections and competitive differentiators during the sales cycle. - Connect hardware (terminal, printer, cash drawer, display) Requirements: - 2+ years of technical sales or pre-sales engineering experience, specifically with POS systems. - Ability to explain technical concepts and knowledge of software systems. - Experience selling in retail, restaurant, or hospitality verticals. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field – or equivalent experience. - Good communication skills in Khmer & English languages - Willing to travel to the province
