About the role

Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Develop and update job descriptions, job specifications in collaboration with department managers.
Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, pages, social media, referrals, agencies, etc.).
Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone or face-to-face interviews.
Coordinate interview s between candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare job offers and support in employment contract preparation.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and talent pipelines.
Provide timely updates and feedback to the selected candidates.
Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with company policies and procedures
Assist in onboarding new employees to ensure smooth integration.
Perform other tasks as required by HR manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel).
Ability to independently and under pressure.
Knowledge of local market trends and competitors.
