About the role

Ensure Timely and Accurate KPI Reporting: Coordinate with and enabling teams to define, validate, and align KPI definitions, reporting ownership, and reporting frequency. Implement robust data validation, reconciliation, and quality control checks to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency. Standardize and automate KPI report templates, reporting, and dashboard delivery to improve efficiency and reliability. 2. Support Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis: Collect and consolidate budgeting and forecasting inputs using standardized templates aligned with approved planning assumptions and timelines. Perform financial analysis, scenario modelling, and assumption validation to support management forecasting decisions. Deliver monthly variance analysis with clear insights, root cause analysis, and recommendations to support reforecasting and performance improvement. 3. Execute Automation and Reporting Improvements: Identify high-impact manual reporting processes, inefficiencies, and data gaps that can be optimized through automation initiatives. Design and develop automated dashboards, reporting tools, and visualization solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or other relevant tools. Maintain reporting documentation, user guides, and training support to drive adoption, sustainability, and reporting governance. 4. Coordinate Commission and Incentive Calculations: Gather required data from source systems, validate completeness, and ensure alignment with approved commission and incentive structures. Apply approved payout rules, automate calculation methodologies, and ensure calculation accuracy through validation controls. Conduct internal payout reviews, resolve calculation discrepancies, and coordinate final reporting and payment readiness with relevant stakeholders. 5. Drive Team Collaboration, Strategic Alignment, and Case Support: Facilitate regular cross-functional discussions, monthly performance reviews, and strategic alignment sessions with stakeholders and internal teams. Identify needs and develop financial models, commercial analysis, and cases to support strategic initiatives, products, or service improvements. Monitor case performance outcomes, refine analytical models, and ensure alignment with financial objectives and strategy.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Analytics, Accounting, or related.
6 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Analytics, or Finance Partnering roles.
Experience in banking, fintech, financial services, or other performance-driven industries is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in reporting automation, dashboard development, and KPI performance reporting using BI tools.
Proven experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, case development, or commission/incentive management initiatives.
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance management.
Deep understanding of KPI definition, performance measurement frames, and reporting governance.
