Requirements

Vendors must include the following in their Quotation: Company profile: summarizing history, experience, costomer list, and capability of the company that illustrates capacity to complete the project on time and on budget.
Technical specifications Financial proposal (itemized cost breakdown) and including the Value-Added Tax on Price Quotation.
Warranty terms (equipment and workmanship) Latest Business Registration Certificate and Patent Certificate Itemized pricing (equipment, installation, warranty, etc.) Special conditions of Contract will Cancellation of PO/Contract if the delivery/completion is delayed by 5 days.
