About the role

Develop and maintain automation frames for server provisioning, configuration management, patching, and system lifecycle management.
Maintain automation repositories and enforce version control best practices.
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between CMDB, monitoring systems, cloud platforms, identity management systems, ITSM tools, and applications.
Build and maintain APIs, connectors, and integration scripts to collect, enrich, and synchronize configuration and asset data.
Ensure CMDB data quality through automated discovery, reconciliation, and validation processes.
Troubleshoot integration failures and optimize data synchronization performance.
Identify opportunities to eliminate manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Develop reusable automation modules and flows.
Automate collection and processing of infrastructure, application, and service metrics.
Support log aggregation, analytics, and alerting solutions.
Ensure automation solutions are scalable, secure, and resilient.
Maintain technical documentation for automation flows, integrations, APIs, and system architecture.
Follow security, compliance, and change management requirements.
Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in infrastructure automation, system integration, DevOps, or platform engineering roles.
Experience with Ansible, Terraform or other IaC platforms.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell / Python.
Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
Experience ing with REST APIs, web services, and system integrations.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
Experience with Windows Server administration and automation.
Understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and identity management concepts.
Knowledge of monitoring platforms such as Zabbix, Grafana, and similar technologies.
Experience with log management and analytics platforms such as ELK Stack.
Understanding of observability concepts, metrics, logs, and alerting.
Experience with virtualization technologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, GCP, AWS.
Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions is advantage.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Ability to drive automation and process improvements.
Good communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
Ownership mindset and focus on operational efficiency.
English level B2+ (speaking and writing).
Attention to detail and data accuracy.
