About the role

Maintain and continuously improve the Bank’s Product Governance Frame.
Review, draft and update product governance documents, including the Product Committee Charter, governance frame, policies, procedures, templates and guidance notes; support communication and training to product owners and stakeholders.
Improve product governance flow efficiency and committee follow-up.
Track Product Committee decisions and action items, follow up with responsible teams, collect monthly approval/change/enhancement cycle-time data, and prepare analysis to identify bottlenecks and improvement actions.
Govern product approvals, revisions, launches and withdrawals end-to-end.
Coordinate product approval, revision, launch and withdrawal submissions; check completeness of required documents, compliance/risk inputs and approval evidence; maintain a consolidated product governance case tracker.
Maintain product features and governance indicators as a single source of truth.
Collect, validate and maintain product feature information and governance indicators, including re, rollback, complaints, disputes and fraud mapping by product; prepare regular reports for governance follow-up.

Requirements

3-5 years in product management, financial services, or banking.
Proven experience coordinating with Banking products.
Strong understanding of product financial metrics and reporting.
Knowledge in governance frame (RACI, change management, corporate governance).
Knowledge in product lifecycle management and performance tracking.
Knowledge in market research and financial product competitiveness.
Understand of quality tools (FMEA, root cause analysis), regulatory compliance, data analytics.
Analytical, structured, and result oriented.
