About the role

Coordinate and monitor the delivery of repeatable IT integration projects (e.g., bill payment, payment gateways, service APIs).
Closely work with internal development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure integration readiness and deployment.
Liaise with external vendors or service providers to facilitate system connectivity, testing, and issue resolution.
Support coordination of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and SIT (System Integration Testing) with relevant teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of system integration concepts, APIs, or payment systems is desirable.
Project coordination or Agile training/certification (CAPM, Agile Fundamentals) is a plus.
1–2 years of experience supporting IT projects, especially in payment systems or third-party integrations.
Experience in banking, fintech, or system integration environments is an advantage.
