ABOUT THE ROLE
Structural Site Engineer oversees the structural construction lifecycle across designated residential units to guarantee strict compliance with technical blueprints, engineering codes, and project deadlines.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Oversee all structural construction activities, verifying rebar fabrication, formwork, and concrete pouring against engineering calculations and approved blueprints.
- Plan, deploy, and supervise structural work crews across 65–99 housing units to maintain schedule compliance and technical precision.
- Partner closely with the Stock Controller to establish material consumption benchmarks and oversee usage of critical inputs (ready-mix concrete, rebar, sand, crushed stone), actively eliminating waste.
- Verify daily site manpower logs, prepare subcontractor work claims, and submit daily/weekly progress reports to the Site Manager.
- Site Sourcing Support: Assist the project management team in identifying and onboarding qualified structural subcontractors when project demand scales.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or relevant technical disciplines.
- Solid experience (minimum 2–4+ years) in structural site supervision for landed residential (Borey) or multi-unit structural framing projects.
- Thorough competence in reading and interpreting structural shop drawings, rebar schedules, and concrete specifications.
- Working knowledge of construction QA/QC standards, material yield management, and subcontractor performance evaluation.
- High accountability, analytical problem-solving abilities, and strong field leadership.
