A growing company in the real estate and property development industry, developing residential projects and creating modern living communities.

Senior Content Creator will be responsible for creating content that showcases property projects, attracts potential customers, and strengthens the company’s brand image.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop creative content ideas for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
• Create and produce photos, videos, reels, and short-form content.
• Write engaging captions, scripts, and promotional copy.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign and project requirements.
• Plan and manage content calendars and posting schedules.
• Attend property sites to capture photos and videos for content production.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on audience engagement.
• Follow current social media trends and apply relevant trends to the brand.

• 2–4 years of experience in Content Creation, Digital Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• Experience in real estate/property development is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in photography, videography, and short-form video production.
• Experience with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Strong creativity, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple content projects.
• Portfolio of previous work is required.
