ABOUT THE ROLE
A skilled Sales Engineer to identify business opportunities, assess HVAC and chiller systems, and develop technical proposals to support equipment sales and energy-efficiency improvement projects.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Conduct site audits of existing chiller plants and HVAC systems to identify equipment sales and energy-efficiency opportunities.
- Prepare technical proposals, equipment selections, performance calculations, and professional quotations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to obtain competitive pricing, clarify project scopes, and confirm delivery schedules.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with building owners and key clients, providing appropriate technical and sales support.
- Monitor and update the project pipeline, quotations, and sales progress using Excel.
- Support the bidding process and ensure proposals meet customer requirements and applicable HVAC standards.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in HVAC, chiller systems, or related engineering sales.
- Strong understanding of chiller plant operations, HVAC systems, and performance calculations, including COP and NPLV.
- Experience preparing technical proposals, equipment quotations, and project cost estimates.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, calculations, and professional report preparation.
- Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
- Experience with Daikin Applied products is an advantage.
