ABOUT THE ROLE
Assist in creating engaging digital content, managing social media platforms, and supporting marketing campaigns to promote Ajip Consulting’s recruitment services and Ajip.ai platform.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Assist in creating engaging content for Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns to promote job opportunities, recruitment services, and Ajip.ai.
- Create basic visual content, including social media posts, job posters, and short-form videos.
- Assist with social media management, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
- Collaborate with the recruitment and consulting teams to develop creative promotional content.

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Interested in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and branding.
- Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools; video editing skills are an advantage.
- Creative, proactive, willing to learn, and able to work collaboratively.
- Good communication skills in Khmer; English proficiency is an advantage.
- No prior work experience is required. Fresh graduates and motivated beginners are welcome to apply.
