About the role

Develop and implement annual sales and marketing strategies.
Design and lead sales and marketing campaigns to meet enrollment targets and overall revenue goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and improve offerings.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing teams, including the Front Desk team.
Create and execute daily sales and promotional activity plans, such as direct sales and telesales efforts.
Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and evaluation to ensure targets are met.
Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok) and marketing materials (leaflets, flyers, banners).
Develop content for media publications, including press releases and TV/radio interviews.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets (TV, online news, newspapers).
Foster positive relationships with prospective students, parents, and the broader community to promote programs.
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Strengthen and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders (academic and administrative teams) and external partners.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, collecting feedback, and continually improving services.
Prepare detailed reports on sales, marketing activities, and progress towards goals.
Regularly report to the Campus Director and Director on the status of marketing and sales activities.
Maintain accurate records of customer data, inquiries, applications, and enrollments.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Marketing, or a related field as a minimum.
Sales and marketing activities for 3 years as a minimum.
Proven track records in successful sales and marketing.
Excellent communication, creativity, and leadership skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
