Develop and manage assigned sales areas to grow revenue and market share.
Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
Identify new sales opportunities and support business expansion initiatives.
Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable market feedback.
Ensure timely execution of promotions, product launches, and sales plans.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and follow up on targets.
Support customer issues with timely coordination and professional service.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, field sales, or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to meet targets and work independently in the field.
Good understanding of retail sales channels and market dynamics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting.
Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
Ability to work in Phnom Penh and travel within assigned areas.
