Lead the company’s financial strategy, governance, and performance. You will oversee planning, reporting, controls, and capital management to support sustainable growth in banking, insurance, or microfinance.

• Drive financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning aligned with goals.
• Lead accounting, audit, tax, treasury, and financial reporting with accuracy, control, and compliance.
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and governance to support sound decision-making.
• Partner with senior leadership to evaluate growth opportunities, investments, and capital needs.
• Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and recommend actions to improve profitability.
• Manage external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, banks, and key partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional qualification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including director-level responsibility.
• Strong background in banking, insurance, or microfinance with solid knowledge of regulatory standards.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, treasury, audit, and internal controls.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive strategic initiatives, manage risk, and support executive decision-making.
