About the role

Participate in developing, reviewing, and updating internal regulations and procedures related to fintech, e-wallets, payment services, and financial services.
Draft, review, assess, and manage commercial contracts, cooperation agreements, and contracts with partners, merchants, and agents.
Provide legal advice to the Management Board and departments regarding legal risks related to operations, products, and marketing activities.
Monitor and update legal regulations related to finance, banking, fintech, and customer data protection.
Coordinate with government authorities and partner organizations when legal issues arise.
Participate in handling legal disputes and complaints, when applicable.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Experience in corporate legal affairs; experience in fintech, finance, banking, or telecommunications is preferred.
Knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and labor law; knowledge of compliance is an advantage.
Careful, highly responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Strong analytical, advisory, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently and as part of a team.
