ABOUT THE COMPANY ABOUT THE ROLE The HR and Admin Supervisor manages daily HR operations including recruitment, records, attendance, compliance, and employee relations while overseeing office administration, facilities, and support staff to foster a positive workplace culture. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Support recruitment and workforce planning for operational, customer service, delivery, and administrative staff. - Manage attendance, shift schedules, overtime, and workforce-related administration. - Support employee retention and engagement for operational teams. - Coordinate staffing needs based on business volume and operational requirements. - Experience in laundry, FMCG, hospitality, retail, logistics, or service businesses is preferred.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - Minimum 3–5 years of HR and administrative experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior HR role. - Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, labor compliance, and office administration. - Good knowledge of Cambodian labor law and HR practices, with strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems/tools; fluent in Khmer and English. Chinese language skills are an advantage. - Strong leadership, interpersonal, confidentiality, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
