ABOUT THE ROLE
The HR and Admin Supervisor manages daily HR operations including recruitment, records, attendance, compliance, and employee relations while overseeing office administration, facilities, and support staff to foster a positive workplace culture.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Managed staff recruitment, attendance, rosters, manpower planning, and daily workforce monitoring.
- Prepared and controlled monthly payroll, overtime, incentives, deductions, and attendance records.
- Processed vendor invoices and coordinated document submission to the Accounting team.
- Conducted monthly stock counts and prepared inventory summaries.
- Prepared household invoices and followed up on outstanding payments.
- Maintained daily production records and summarized production volume and revenue.
- Managed petty cash, purchasing requests, chemical and supply requisitions, and gasoline top-ups.
- Coordinated staff house rental records and related administrative expenses.
- Monitored daily fingerprint attendance records and ensured accurate staff timekeeping.
- Prepared operational and administrative reports to support daily business activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in an HR and administrative role,
- Solid, practical knowledge of Cambodian labor laws, taxation, NSSF regulations, and work permit processing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
