Description

Plan and deliver dynamic, student-centered science lessons for primary-level students according to provided curriculum.
Assess and monitor student progress, implement effective classroom management, create positive learning environments, and collaborate with the academic team to support students who need extra help.
Conduct parent-teacher meetings as per the school calendar and join school events and professional development.
For Academic Coordinator roles, ensure strict alignment between the designed academic curriculum and classroom implementation, monitor academic progression against established benchmarks, collaborate with subject teachers to develop targeted support strategies, and coordinate across departments to ensure compliance with national standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in education, science, or an equivalent degree.
Minimum of 2 years of progressive teaching experience for primary-level students.
Teaching license or teaching certification in the specialized field.
Professional bilingual fluency in English and Khmer (for Academic Coordinator) and strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
