ABOUT THE ROLE The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of sales consultants, orchestrating sales strategies, and driving significant revenue growth through operational excellence and exceptional customer experiences in the Phnom Penh market. WHAT YOU WILL DO Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue, and manage the sales team to achieve targets. Collaborate with marketing to identify growth opportunities and execute promotional activities to expand market presence. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and addressing concerns. Act as a company representative at client meetings, property tours, and industry events. Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and motivate the sales team to achieve peak performance. Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies, and prepare detailed performance reports for senior management. Oversee daily sales operations, ensure efficiency and professionalism, and prepare weekly/monthly reports for senior management, and perform other.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the real estate industry. Proven experience in customer relationship management. A strong dedication to providing excellent customer service. Self-motivated with the ability to thrive under pressure. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
