Elevate brand messaging by crafting engaging, high-end captions and scripts for video production, utilizing property storytelling angles in both Khmer and English. Serve as a brand representative by hosting property walkthroughs, delivering project updates, and conducting interviews with key stakeholders on camera. Create high-impact content by brainstorming, filming, and editing engaging short-form videos (TikToks, Reels, and Shorts) that highlight lifestyle, architecture, and design trends. Partner with graphic design and marketing teams to maintain a unified, premium visual tone that reflects the company’s upscale community aesthetics. Optimize audience engagement by utilizing social listening and trend-jacking techniques to stay ahead of digital marketing shifts and real estate market insights.

3-5 years in digital copywriting, content creation, or digital media strategy, with a preference for experience in luxury lifestyle, high-end hospitality, or premium real estate. Exceptional writing and communication skills in Khmer and a strong command of professional English for luxury brand messaging. Proficiency with mobile filming equipment (gimbals, smartphones) and basic mobile editing tools like CapCut. An outgoing personality with strong public speaking abilities, vocal delivery, and camera confidence.
