**ABOUT THE COMPANY** A growing healthcare organization specializing in pediatric services, supporting children and families through professional, specialized, and family-focused care. **ABOUT THE ROLE** Sales Consultant will connect families with specialized pediatric services by understanding their needs, providing professional consultations, and guiding them toward suitable healthcare services. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** - Communicate pediatric healthcare services clearly and professionally to parents and caregivers. - Understand family needs and guide customers toward appropriate services. - Build trust with parents through empathetic and professional communication. - Follow up with families regarding consultations, appointments, packages, and services. - Support customer retention and repeat service usage. - Develop relationships with schools, communities, and relevant organizations to generate potential referrals. - Healthcare, medical service, education, wellness, or family-service sales experience is preferred.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Proven track record (minimum 2–3 years) in a sales, business development, or client-facing consultant role. - Strong target-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
