ABOUT THE ROLE
Director of People and Culture partners with the senior leadership team to build a high-performing, engaged, and values-driven workforce aligned with our long-term vision.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Translate business strategy into actionable people plans that build workforce capability and drive organizational growth.
Partner with the Management Committee to diagnose workforce gaps and deliver effective, high-impact HR solutions.
Lead employee engagement, well-being, and culture initiatives that strengthen performance and retention.
Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives aligned with the company's vision and values.
Lead end-to-end workforce planning and recruitment to ensure timely hiring of high-quality talent.
Build a strong employer brand and oversee onboarding programs that accelerate new hire integration and productivity.
Design and continuously improve compensation, benefits, and payroll practices to ensure competitiveness, equity, and full compliance with Cambodian labor law.
Develop learning, development, and succession strategies that build leadership pipeline and organizational capability.
Drive a performance management culture through clear KPIs, structured reviews, and coaching.
Oversee workplace safety, facilities, and operational standards, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Requirements
Extensive experience in senior HR leadership roles (e.g., HR Director, Head of People & Culture).
Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability.
In-depth knowledge of Cambodian labor law and HR best practices.
Proven track record in organizational transformation and culture-building.
Solid experience across talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, and learning & development.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical, data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong alignment with values of excellence, integrity, innovation, collaboration, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
