Record daily financial transactions and update the general ledger.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly employee payroll and calculate tax deductions.
Maintain books of accounts.
Coordinate with external auditors for conduct of annual audit of financial statements.
Assist in budget preparation.
Organize and maintain office files and receipts.
Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting s.
Maintain office equipment and arrange repairs when needed.
Maintain employee file and record.

Bachelor's Degree in accounting, Administration, or a related field.
Office experience in accounting, or administrative role for 3 to 5 years as a minimum.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting softwares.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent time Management skills with the ability to multitask.
