About the role

Provide Chinese–Khmer and Khmer–Chinese interpretation during meetings, discussions, training, and daily operations.
Translate documents, contracts, reports, announcements, policies, and other materials.
Assist Chinese management in communicating effectively with Cambodian employees and local partners.
Translate verbal instructions and explanations accurately and clearly.
Accompany management or colleagues to meetings, government offices, appointments, and other activities when required.
Ensure translated information maintains the correct meaning, tone, and confidentiality.
Assist with communication between Chinese and Cambodian employees to resolve misunderstandings.
Review translated documents for accuracy, grammar, terminology, and consistency.
Maintain confidentiality of company and information.
Perform other translation duties assigned by management.

Requirements

At least 1–3 years of experience as a Chinese–Khmer translator/interpreter is preferred.
Excellent command of Chinese and Khmer, both spoken and written.
Good English communication skills are an advantage.
Strong understanding of Chinese and Cambodian culture.
Good listening, communication, and interal skills.
Able to translate accurately and quickly under pressure.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsible, honest, flexible, and able to independently.
Willing to travel or outside the office when required.
