• Plan and coordinate operational requirements for confirmed events.
• Prepare event plans, checklists, staffing plans and equipment requirements.
• Coordinate event setup, service and pack-down.
• Lead, brief and supervise event crew during events.
• Ensure high standards of food & beverage service, presentation and guest experience.
• Work closely with the Sales & Partnerships Executive to ensure confirmed client requirements are properly delivered.

Bachelor's Degree is preferred Event Manager / Event Supervisor in Hospitality Management for 1 year is preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, F&B, catering, or event operations preferred Knowledge of event setup, service operations, food safety, hygiene, and equipment handling Able to supervise event crew, coordinate events, and manage event logistics
